She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Calicut, in the state of Kerala, India, in the field of travel and tourism activities management, and participated in practical training and workshops and intensive courses in the field of travel and tourism, and attended lectures related to IATA regulations and laws and their updates, and the use of airline ticket reservation systems (Amadeus and Galileo), in addition to specialized courses in the field of communication and organization of tourist groups, which makes her capable of providing various travel needs of her clients.
