Mrs. Lindo joined the reservations team in 2013, and enrolled in a special professional development and training program during which she received extensive training and attended courses in the use of reservation systems (Amadeus and Galileo). She has a deep knowledge of IATA systems and requirements. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications Development from the University of the Philippines. – Los Baños, and she speaks English and Filipino (Tagalog) fluently, and understand Arabic
